Alleged drug dealer arrested in police raid | The Express Tribune



JARANWALA:

CIA Lyallpur Town police raided an area in Nishatabad, arresting a drug dealer and seizing 11 kilograms of narcotics.

Police arrested the suspect and registered a case. According to police, Incharge CIA Lyallpur Town, Sub-Inspector Hassan Siddique Cheema, received information on drug peddler Mubashir Khan.

CIA police conducted a raid, arrested the suspect and recovered 11kg of drugs from his possession.

The suspect was handed over to Nishatabad police, and a case was registered.

Meanwhile, an anti-terrorism court sentenced a man involved in collecting funds for a banned group to one and a half years in prison and a fine of Rs100,000.

Special Judge Javed Iqbal Sheikh sentenced Rana Muhammad Yasir.
