A suspect under police custody for sexual assault charges managed to escape from Naulakha Police Station, prompting authorities to launch a search operation for his immediate arrest.

According to police sources, Tanzeer-ul-Hasnain, who was on two-day physical remand for a case registered at Gawalmandi Police Station, was taken to Naulakha Police Station by Sub-Inspector Khurram Shehzad and Constable Akram for a Criminal Record Office (CRO) check.

During the process, the suspect escaped.
