JARANWALA:

Two men threw acid on a woman during a fight. The victim, who was badly burnt, was shifted to a hospital after urgent medical as-sistance.

Ghulam Muhammadabad police registered a case against the ssuepcts nominated by the complainant and started a search for them.

Farzana Bibi, a resident of Jatanwala Chowk, filed a compliant that Muhammad Usman, a resident of Rashidabad, and Haseeb of Intizar Chowk had thrown a bottle filled with acid on her during an altercation.

She suffered injuries on her back in the attack.

The attackers fled from the spot after the incident.

Lyallpur Town SP Rana Rehman Qa-dir, Gulberg ASP Raja Arjendra and Ghulam Muhammadabad SHO Rana Rashid Mehmood reached the hospital.

Meanwhile, the police launched a hunt for the suspects after four cases of sexual assault on children were registered in the area.

According to the police, Ehsan Malik lured a 15-year-old student and raped her in Nisar Colony.

In another incident , Sabir lured an eight-year-old child to his house and raped her in the Yousafabad area. Imran lured a seven-year-old child playing outside a house and raped him in Madi-na Town.
